As part of its CSR program, JKB organized a series of events and activities with the objective of giving back to the Jordanian community.

JKB reaffirmed its commitment to society by organizing its fourth blood donation campaign of the year and the second in partnership with the King Hussein Cancer Center.

The campaign, coinciding with Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, also featured a Hope Shop booth, offering products for sale, with all proceeds directed to funding cancer treatments for patients in underprivileged communities.

JKB employees visited the Heroes Cave at the King Hussein Cancer Center. The bank’s employees engaged during their visit with children receiving treatment at the center, offering entertainment, distributing gifts and spreading joy among the young patients.

MUN Conference

JKB sponsored the Model United Nations (MUN) Conference organized by the Modern American School and the British International Academy.

Bringing together approximately 200 students from various schools across Amman, the event provided a dynamic platform for participants to engage in thought-provoking discussions on global issues, diplomacy and international relations. Through interactive sessions, students explored key political and diplomatic challenges, enhancing their critical thinking, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Friends of Students

JKB sponsored the ‘Friends of Students’ initiative, launched by the Families Development Association. The initiative focuses on providing vital support to underprivileged families and communities across Jordan.

The bank’s volunteer employees partnered with the association’s team to participate in a winter campaign. Together, they distributed clothing and shoes to students from three schools in the Al Jizah area, ensuring that children in less fortunate communities receive essential winter necessities.

Junior Football Leagues

JKB sponsored the Junior Football Leagues at the Modern American School and the Baptist School. The leagues, held on the schools’ respective campuses, brought together young players in a spirited celebration of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Representatives from the bank attended the events and presented gifts to all participants, recognizing their enthusiasm and achievements in the field.

Junior Basketball League

JKB sponsored the British International Academy Junior Basketball League. The tournament, held on the academy’s courts, brought together young athletes in a celebration of sportsmanship and skill.

During the closing ceremony, the bank’s representatives honored the participating teams and presented awards.
