ON Digital aims for 5mn customers in 5 years

Burgan Bank Turkey’s digital banking arm, ON Digital, celebrated its third anniversary with a press meeting led by Executive VP of Digital Banking, Mr. Halil Ozcan. The event, which attracted considerable media attention, served as a platform to outline ON Digital’s strategic objectives and future aspirations. 

Mr. Ozcan announced that ON Digital had reached one million customers in just three years and aims to double this number by the end of the year, with a target of five million customers within five years.

He also provided updates on ON Mobile, emphasizing its user-centric design, which features a streamlined and intuitive interface. He noted that customers can complete banking transactions in an average of three minutes and have the ability to personalize the app interface based on their frequently used functions.
